As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our clients challenges locally and worldwide. 

As our Senior Highway Project Manager, you will be responsible for the technical design and management of highway design projects in our New Jersey offices. This is a great opportunity to produce/manage technical designs and assist in growing our engineering transportation team. We’ll utilize your expertise as well as provide you professional growth when you assist in helping to grow the office’s highway design practice work and increase sales by:

Serving as Project Manager for key highway design projects including limited access, capacity improvements and interchange designs.

We'll look to your expertise to:

•    Develop solutions to complex highway design projects, requiring a high degree of innovation and ingenuity.
•    Provide technical expertise by formulating and developing design variation, alternate and advance technical design concepts, techniques, and standards.
•    Assure effective utilization of engineering and production personnel and technical quality.
•    General business development and marketing focus, while ensuring client care and feedback to maintain high quality performance.
•    Develop staffing resource planning.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

•    Civil Engineering Degree from an accredited university
•    Substantial post-graduate years experience in transportation/highway engineering and management of design projects
•    New Jersey Professional Engineer (PE) 
•    Must be able to demonstrate leadership abilities 
•    Use and familiarity with CAD software a plus
•    NJDOT and NJTA Design and Design Build experience
