Job Description:
As the A.M. Baker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our bakery is stocked with freshly baked, high-quality products each day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Arriving early to start the baking process before the bakery opens to the public.
- Preparing doughs, batters, and other ingredients according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operating baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets.
- Baking a variety of pastries, bread, and other items in a timely manner.
- Monitoring baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborating with other team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking ingredients as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a baker or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during early morning hours.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Shifts Needed:
- Scheduled shifts are Thursday-Sunday (4am-12pm) with more hours as needed.
