Job description
LaSalle Network is partnered with a global technology company seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team due to growth. This technology firm brings over 25 years of industry expertise and amazing stability to the market. They service a wide variety of industries, managing their customer data and building international brands.
The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with the HR leadership team to implement initiatives around culture, performance and employee development. This individual will be responsible for managing the employee cycle of their US staff and contributing to their global HR operations and policies.
Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:
Assist with the development and implementation of performance management processes
Facilitate performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal employment laws and regulations
Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
Human Resources Generalist Requirements:
BA required
2+ years of human resources experience
Experience with development and improvement of performance evaluation process
Global experience required
ATS power-user experience
