You will partner with a team of Recruiters and leaders in New England to create a candidate pipeline of Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents and Estimators. We expect you will make this happen by uncovering and engaging prospective candidates through your ability to direct sourcie. We also want you to bring your creativity to this role with recommendations on tools, resources and strategies.

• Identify, engage and assess top quality candidates

• Build & maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for the long term
• Always focused on developing and managing strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
• Be CREATIVE in your approach! Bring new ideas to the team on how to engage the best talent in New England

• 4+ years of experience recruiting
• Experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
• A history and passion for ruthlessly identifying, engaging, and assessing talent. 
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System - we use iCIMS
• Very strong passive applicant sourcing experience - this is one of the most competitive industries there is - you will have to find the best and engage them in discussion about their individual career interests.
• Bachelor’s Degree required
