Job Title: Service Manager
Job Location: Aston, PA
Job Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Additional Bonus Opportunity (On Target: $25k/year)
Requirements: 
1.)  3+ years experience in Operational / Performance Management
2.)  3+ years experience w/ PNL, budgeting, talent management, etc.
3.) Strong level + acumen of visionary leadership
4.)  Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills
5.) College Degree strongly preferred (or equivalent)

What You Will Be Doing

As the Service Manager, you will:

- Oversee and manage all facility operations and employees including performance management, leadership and directional execution
- Manage and grow a $25M+ budget, execute PNL analysis and employ strategic decisions to drive growth in facility operations
- Evaluate facility employee performance and conduct training + supervise 25-30+ partners at the Aston, PA facility

What You Need for this Position

Requirements: 
1.)  3+ years experience in Operational / Performance Management
2.)  3+ years experience w/ PNL, budgeting, talent management, etc.
3.) Strong level + acumen of visionary leadership
4.)  Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills
5.) College Degree strongly preferred (or equivalent)
