As a Manager, Data Visualization, you'll play a vital role in enhancing visualization capabilities, driving data-driven decisions, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate on data-driven wireframes.
Create dynamic dashboards for user-friendly experiences.
Design end-to-end reporting solutions.
Build data models from various sources.
Optimize existing dashboards.
Implement automation for manual tasks.
Develop pixel-perfect reports when needed.
Support Power Apps and Power BI integration.
Research and incorporate visuals into dashboards.
Promote visualization best practices.
Lead POCs for new technologies.
Mentor the visualization team.
Desired Skills:
Proven experience in building insurance analytics dashboards.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Exceptional collaboration skills.
A continuous learning mindset.
Flexibility to adapt to changes.
Required Skills:
5-7 years of report/dashboard development.
Recent Power BI experience (2-3 years).
Data modeling and DAX proficiency.
Complex SQL query writing.
Pixel-perfect reporting and geo-mapping skills.
Intermediate Power Platform and scripting.
Knowledge of web technologies is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
BI technology certification preferred.
