Requirements:
+ At least 1+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Applications
+ A minimum of 1+ years of experience in consulting and/or in the industry.
+ At least 1 end to end Oracle Cloud implementation.
+ Expertise in 3 or more of the following Oracle Cloud Technical tools – HCM extracts, Transformation Fast Formula for HDL , BI Publisher, Oracle Integrations Cloud.
+ Strong Knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Reporting
+ Write complex reports/queries utilizing Oracle Cloud HCM reporting tools ( OTBI , BIP , FAW ).
+ Modify standard and develop custom Oracle HCM reports for ongoing needs.
+ Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
+ Troubleshoot the HCM system issues, upgrades, and enhancements.
+ Regularly audit and clean data to ensure accuracy and completeness
+ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
+ Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you support.
+ Must live in or relocate to one of the following USDC locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA
+ Must be able to be in your designated office location or at a project location 10%-30% of your time over the course of the year.
+ Active Secret Clearance or the ability to apply for obtaining a clearance is required.
Preferred Skills:+ Oracle Reporting Certification
+ Experience with State/Federal implementations
