Job description

The Anchorage Hilton Hotel is currently seeking a hardworking and professional Restaurant Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate would be available for both morning and evening shifts for this growth-based position.

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience working in a food & beverage environment. A willingness to do what is necessary to see that the guest has complete satisfaction. Must possess a hands-on attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

• Daily Supervision of staff including Bruins Lounge, Hooper Bay Cafe, Room Service and our Caffe D'Arte Coffee Kiosk.
• Assists in the operations of all F&B outlets, physically performing all job descriptions when business levels warrant additional help beyond scheduled staffing.
• Perform & fill in staff in any position needed in case of sick calls, vacation coverage, staff shortages, schedule gaps, or meal breaks.
• Weekly inventory checks.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction with F&B hotel operations.
• Participate in training and development of F&B staff.
