Major Responsibilities/Activities :

• Read and understand electrical schematics.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Understanding & knowledge of:
  • Test booth operation
  • Test booth maintenance
  • Programming PLC’s, HMI’s, VFD’s
  • Installation and testing of equipment
  • Advanced troubleshooting methods
  • Voltage meter
  • Amperage meter
  • ERP system operations
  • Maintain/update test record logs
  • UL labeling process
• Write, update, and maintain work instructions for department.
• Hand tool use.
• Air tool use.
• Electric power tool use.
• Work center functions knowledge.
• Work orders- read & understand.
• Sales orders- read & understand.
• Quality check points knowledge.
• Storing equipment knowledge.
• Interface with Tech support and Engineering.

Education Requirements :

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.

Experience Requirements :

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are required.
• Ability to read & comprehend instructions.
• Ability to organize & prioritize .
• Must be detail oriented.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license (Hi-Lo).

Physical Demands:

Position requires physical tasks to be completed, including but not limited to:

• Climbing ladders
• Assembly
• Hand tools and power tools
• Lifting and walking
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
