Job description
Adecco Medical & Science is hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Yakima County, Washington! This role in onsite / in person. You will be coordinating the delivery and provision of clinical care of members in a facility setting. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:
Type: Four-month contract, possibility for extension or fulltime offer
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay: $70.50 to $73.68 yearly
Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner:
· Conduct comprehensive assessments, patient facing
· Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions
· Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including ICD 10 conditions.
· Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
· Conduct advanced illness and advanced care planning conversations
· Provide patients and caregivers with counseling and education
Qualifications for the Nurse Practitioner:
· Active and unrestricted license in Washington
· NP: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program
· Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with certification in one of the following:
o Family Nurse Practitioner
o Adult Nurse Practitioner
o Gerontology Nurse Practitioner
o Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
