Job Title: Assistant Construction Superintendent 
Location: Sommerville, MA
Salary: $60k-$70k
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management

What You Will Be Doing

- Maintain safety standards; monitor safety planning, execution, and documentation on assigned projects. 
- Manage project planning, develop, and execute the pre-job plan, and determine the construction techniques to be used. 
- Understand and implement design drawings.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures following OSHA and local guidelines.

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelor' Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Suite, etc.
