Position Summary

As the Vice President of Program Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's growth trajectory. Your strategic leadership will guide us in expanding customer program investment in key markets. This role involves creating actionable market analysis, defining best practices for customer engagement, and ensuring operational excellence to drive customer satisfaction. If you're passionate about driving strategic growth initiatives and influencing organizational success, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for revenue development.
Demonstrate and promote our mission statement and core values through influential relationships.
Drive alignment and compliance with performance management processes to foster a culture of excellence.
Recruit, train, mentor, and coach program development and marketing teams.
Measure and improve sales effectiveness, ensuring clear communication of our value proposition.
Serve as the customer advocate, identifying new market opportunities for company engagement.
Report directly to the President and undertake any additional duties or special projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business.
Minimum of 6 years of previous experience in sales and marketing leadership.
