Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Military veteran with proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated experience in production management, with a track record of meeting production targets and driving process improvements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational goals.
- Solid understanding of production processes, quality control principles, and lean manufacturing concepts.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in using productivity software and ERP systems to manage production operations.
