Our Accommodation Coordinator plays the integral role of providing customer service and administration support for day-to-day activities. BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As an Accommodation Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for processing claims and communicating accommodation options following written guidelines and procedures pursuant to ADA, state and/or Spectrum’s requirements. You will focus on reasonable accommodation administration. You’ll also be responsible for processing employee requests and associated transactions while maintaining Service Level Agreements by applying customer service satisfaction techniques with the efficient, timely and accurate use of resources.
