Job description
Our client is seeking a Marketing Executive to support their International Marketing Team. This person will play a key role in building our international community, and assisting all marketing activities across social, digital, direct campaign, and events to amplify their voice and maximise brand recognition. We're looking for a genuine self-starter who has the ability, potential, and thirst to learn and develop in their role.
As the Marketing Executive, you will play a key role as part of the Marketing Team, working across all brands, in executing multi-channel end to end campaigns. This role will take ownership over campaign activity and events, being responsible for marketing projects that deliver on the commercial goals of the business.

Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Marketing with the planning and execution of key international marketing campaigns and activities.
- Work closely with the brand, marketing, and sales teams to integrate and align the delivery of marketing activities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and internal teams to ensure all content is available to channel owners for each campaign including promotions information and supporting imagery and assets.
- Maintain a robust reporting mechanism, and plan for all marketing activity that you can carry out to ensure campaign visibility.
- Manage a consistent brand experience through artwork and branding mechanisms across all markets.
- Monitor campaign performance and effectiveness and identifying areas that are working well or areas that need to be improved and follow up as appropriate.
- Proactive planning, execution, and measuring of events, external partner events, and industry events.
- What closely with the international teams on required marketing assets for localisation and needs.
- Work with peers on quarterly marketing campaigns and campaign planning to ensure global alignment and brand consistency.
- Maintain and manage the team resources folder so they are continuously updated with brand assets, content, and marketing materials.
Required Skills
- Previous experience working within a similar role – degree or marketing qualification desirable.
- Excellent communication skills - strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working with multiple departments and developing strong relationships.
- Ability to travel when required.
- Experience working in a B2B and B2C environment.
- An understanding of the European Market and Distribution Model.
- Proven track record in delivering consistent, strong, measurable results and managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.
- Motivational attitude with the ability to work cross functionally as both a team player and independently to deliver on projects.
