Title: Licensed Master Social Worker 
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 8 Weeks

Shift: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm includes a 60 min break

Notes: 8-week assignment. Mon-Fri. No weekends. Rare but if needed - holiday/OT possible.

Description:

• Inpatient hospital experience. EPIC experience. Have in-depth psychosocial assessment experience. Be able to care for a caseload of 25 to 30 pts.
• Hospice, Hemodialysis, Sub-abuse exp., guardianship exp., Ethic cases, Allscripts exp. Will float within the Medicine dept. Masters in SW required.
