Job description

Chipton-Ross is seeking 10 Procurement Agent 3's for a hybrid (onsite/remote) opportunity in Berkeley, MO.

*This position is HYBRID/ONSITE - This position will be 100% on site for at least the first 6-8 weeks. Hybrid model will follow with at least 3 days per week on site.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
O Develops procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies, and policies to support customer requirements.
o Develops and executes company strategic business goals and objectives.
o Consults on proposal analyses and development of negotiation strategies.
o Formalizes procurement requirements with customers and leads the supplier negotiation process.
o Prepares and executes negotiated documents.
o Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
o Manages contract terminations.
o Develops organization and company improvement plans.

HARD REQUIREMENTS:
o Experience as a buyer or Procurement Agent in Aerospace industry.
o 3-5 or more years of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts to best value.
o 3-5 or more years of experience in proposal development and contract negotiations with US Government Customers.
o Experience managing indirect and direct cost to improve competitiveness.
o Experience leading proposals, contract terms and conditions development.
o More than 3 years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
o Accredited Bachelor's degree or higher.
o Previous Client Experience.
o Experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFAR requirements.
o Experience with procurement systems; Network Procurement (NWP) or SAP (4HANA).
o Experience negotiating non-competitive, government procurements.
that exceed the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) threshold.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED.

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
