Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator, works with Talent Acquisition Partners to coordinate recruiting processes. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator receives and responds to questions from hiring managers, applicants, and candidates to facilitate navigation of talent acquisition processes, procedures, and programs. Initiates and facilitates appropriate processes related to position creation, job posting, candidate screening, hiring and onboarding to promote timely, effective filling of positions. Prepares and collects required supporting documentation and approvals for processes to ensure adherence with internal controls and external requirements and engages candidates through multiple channels to enhance candidate experience.

Key Focuses:

• Scheduling candidate interviews (phone, video, onsite) by coordinating with Talent Acquisition Partners, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
• Supporting both corporate and tech functions in scheduling and logistics
• Serve as point-of-contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview schedules, changes, and triage
• Maintain appropriate, timely tracking of candidates as they move through the interview stages within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assist with operations tasks including process documentation and reporting

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ months of professional experience in recruiting coordination
• 6+ months experience with Greenhouse ATS
• 6+ months experience scheduling interviews using Goodtime.io.
• Demonstrated experience managing and prioritizing a high volume of transactional duties requiring a high attention to detail (eg. scheduling, data entry, accounting, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources related field
• Prior work experience in the tech industry
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Slides

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $25.25/hr-$36.00/hr. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
