They are currently seeking a successful Store Manager superstar to run their brand new Blenheim Store.What’s in it for you:

The Role:This is a hands-on Manager’s role and we need a proven sales and management performer who is energetic and 100% focused on delivering only the very best results for the brand, your role will include:
Driving Sales & KPI Targets both individually and team
Motivating a team every day by driving a positive culture and customer service
Managing promotions and visual merchandising
HR Functions - Performance mgmt & recruitment
Overseeing all administrative duties including rosters, reporting, stocktake, stock management.
What you’ll bring?You will bring a high level of professionalism with proven experience and the ability to lead, motivate, and drive your team by working alongside them and leading from the front, you’ll also have.
A genuine drive and commitment to the retail sector
Enthusiastic, Dynamic, driven and self-motivated personality
Proven results and exp in a similar role in retail
Initiative and the ability to think outside the square
Ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines and tasks
Must have full working rights in NZ
