Job description
Join our vibrant team at RichSmith Management in Springdale, Arkansas, as a full-time Leasing Consultant! Our bustling multi-family community needs your energy and enthusiasm to assist the Community Manager in all aspects of property management.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and all guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Be the first point of contact for our Leasing Office, ensuring every visitor feels valued and supported.
- Develop and execute effective marketing and leasing plans in compliance with Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and RichSmith Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications:
- Preferably 1 year of leasing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Proficiency in basic office tasks like typing, filing, scanning, and answering telephones.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Good physical condition with extensive mobility.
- Ability to walk the property, including multiple flights of stairs, for inspections and apartment showings.
- Effective communication with various stakeholders.
- Lift a minimum of 60 lbs. for vacuuming, moving office furniture, and lifting supplies.
