Job description
Nesco Resource has partnered with a leading financial technology company that focuses within the prepaid wireless industry. They are looking for a Billing Specialist to join their team!
Responsibilities:
· Delivering superior customer experiences.
· Being a change agent and being able to communicate effectively.
· Maintain a MS Access collections database and add/update records on a daily basis.
· Balance reconciliations.
· Inventory Related Tasks (monitor inventory levels, place orders, and track returns).
· Certificate management (collection & validation).
· Bookkeeping entries related to billing and collections operations.
· Monitor and inform management of reoccurring issues from non-payment to system issues.
· Working effectively with billing team and document projects using MS Word and Visio.
· All other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: · High degree of professional interpersonal communication skills
· Some college coursework required
· Strong communication skills, both written and oral
· Must be detail-oriented, organized and task driven
· Experience with PC software specifically on MS word, Excel and Access
· Ability to work under limited supervision
· Able to learn new processes or be trained on software quickly
