Sterling Automotive is seeking dynamic leaders with proven automotive sales management experience! As an Automotive Sales Manager, you are responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the activities of sales staff in order to accomplish business sales and performance objectives. You’ll develop a highly productive sales team through training and performance standards and create an atmosphere that inspires professional and personal growth. Why Choose Sterling?

Do you have what it takes? We are looking for candidates with previous management experience in an automotive dealership setting. Our F&I Managers are expected to lead in a manner that represents Sterling’s values of being committed to professionalism, excellence, and taking pride in what you do. Our F&I Managers must be dedicated to doing what’s right for our customers and our company, possessing high ethical standards and willing to meet and exceed Sterling’s performance expectations. * Must be available to work flexible hours & weekends, willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screen, have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years of age or have 3 full years of driving experience. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required and a college degree is preferred.
