Marketing Coordinator - Remote Position

Are you a seasoned Marketing professional with a passion for driving business growth? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and spearhead our efforts in attracting more clients to our agency. If you're well-versed in SEO and PPC strategies, adept at social media engagement, and enthusiastic about the Inbound Marketing approach, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic planning and hands-on management of SEO and PPC channels, collaborating closely with our internal team to achieve tangible results.
Maintain and optimize our HubSpot environment to ensure seamless functionality for both our sales and marketing teams.
Develop and implement HubSpot workflows and automation to enhance lead nurturing efforts, leveraging blog subscriptions and downloadable content.
Innovate new lead magnet ideas and oversee their production and integration onto our website, along with corresponding email workflows for promotion and post-download nurturing.
Engage with our audience across social media platforms, guiding discussions, providing valuable content, and facilitating demo scheduling with our sales team.
Monitor and report on marketing budget utilization, conversions, and efficiency, recommending allocation adjustments based on data analysis and team feedback.
Identify and pursue referral partnership opportunities, as well as securing placements in relevant publications to expand our reach.
Execute targeted outbound marketing campaigns tailored for PE/VC firms with SaaS portfolios.
Analyze web analytics reports to uncover actionable marketing insights and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with executive leadership to execute new marketing campaigns and initiatives, leveraging experimentation budgets for innovation.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in managing SEO and PPC campaigns, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Proficiency in HubSpot campaign management is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and optimize campaigns for performance.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Looker Studio.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
Self-motivated team player with the capacity to work independently.
Proficiency in copywriting or willingness to utilize AI tools for generating high-quality copy.
