Job description

Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists, a department of Sentara Medical Group , is recruiting for a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist with a minimum of five (5) years experience. In addition to supervision, the  Medical Director  will need to be a highly effective communicator- one that is comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and able to successfully partner with facility leadership and ancillary departments. Must have a passion for maintaining the highest quality standards and for developing a team geared for growth.

Highlights of this opportunity includes:

• Monday Friday, No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays, No Call
• Annual Compensation over $400,500 with Medical Director Stipend
• Sign on/Commencement Bonus - $35,000
• 8 Weeks Paid Annual Leave
• CME $7500 annually
