REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE
Sophisticated business and litigation law firm seeks a driven and qualified associate to join the firm’s real estate team in its Providence office. The position will include a challenging and engaging workload consisting of representing developers, investors, managers and lenders in complex and unique real estate transactions involving fund formation and deal structuring, acquisitions and financing, ground-up construction, leasing and property management and dispositions spanning commercial, retail, multi-family and industrial assets in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and across the country. Minimum qualifications include demonstrated 5+ years of commercial real estate experience working through full real estate deal cycles in a team setting as well as independently handling transaction components, including acquisition, title and zoning issues, leasing and finance, and dispositions. Real estate investment fund experience a plus.
