Salary: $70,000 - $100,000

CPA or CPA Candidate Preferred Excellent Benefits Company Information Navigator Recruiting client is a well-established and well-respected CPA firm in the west/northwest metro Denver area offering audit and tax services to companies in and around the Denver metro area. The company is seeking someone at the Audit Senior level, with 2+ years of public accounting audit experience. The firm is very flexible and employees can work from home often and come into the office only when needed. This is a hybrid role and the hired candidate must live in Colorado. Clients are in a variety of industries such as real estate, construction, professional services, manufacturing and other for-profit business clients.
Responsibilities - Leading audit engagements of clients (many are 2-3 person engagements) and reviews and direct client contact with a consistent and loyal client base in exciting industries
- Training and coaching new staff members in preparation to take on more complex assignments and additional engagements
- HOURS: 50-60 hrs/wk during busy season (1/15 – 4/15); 40 hrs/wk in non-busy season
- TRAVEL: All local; minimal overnights.
Requirements - BS in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- 2+ years’ public accounting audit experience
