Description:
- Overview The Commercial Finance Analyst - Part-time provides data management support to the state through the analysis and reporting of sales volume, profitability, pricing/program effectiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Pricing Manager with Ad-hoc reporting
- Participate in meetings with Sales Management, Marketing, Pricing and suppliers, related to financial planning, reporting, and analysis
- Support the Commercial Finance team
- Work with Trade Dev and Sales management teams to ensure profitability goals are achieved
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
- Advance Excel is a must
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree would be good but not necessary
- Basic finance and marketing knowledge (what is a P&L, Sales, Profit Margin)
- Must be detail oriented. Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail oriented
- Independent decision-maker
- Experience in a sales and distribution organization involving multiple SKUs is a plus
- Consumer goods industry experience is a plus
- Planning and organizational skills to coordinate the workload around multiple assignments
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and software applications related to job function
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Education:
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree would be good but not necessary
Shift:
Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 2 PM (5 hrs a day – 20 hrs a week)
