Job Overview:
Our client, based in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Compliance/Supervision Consultant with active FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses to join their team. This role involves reviewing and approving Outside Business Activities (OBA's) and Passive Investments in accordance with FINRA regulations and company policies. The successful candidate will collaborate with both internal and field stakeholders, ensuring adherence to compliance standards while maintaining effective communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve Outside Business Activities (OBA's) and Passive Investments
Communicate with internal and field stakeholders
Ensure compliance standards are upheld
Primarily review and approve activities for ensembles and entity advisor new contracts

Requirements:
Active FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses
Attention to detail
Ability to identify and assess risks related to industry regulations and company policies
Strong communication skills (phone/zoom, email)
Proficiency in driving and engaging in difficult conversations regarding regulatory requirements and company policies

What We Offer:
Long-term contract (8 months) with potential for extension or conversion
Remote position
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm CST
