Job description
We have a 3-year one hundred percent onsite Enterprise Architect contract at our client offices in Jackson, Mississippi. The anticipated duration is from March 18, 2024, through March 17, 2027, and may be extended by our client.
This is strictly an onsite assignment. No other working arrangements will be entertained. Do not apply for this assignment unless you are willing to fully commit to always working onsite in Jackson, Mississippi. If the Enterprise Architect asks for alternate working arrangements in the interview they may be immediately disqualified. If alternate working arrangements are asked for after the Enterprise Architect starts work, they may be released from the contract immediately.
Our client is seeking an Enterprise Architect with experience in .NET applications. The Enterprise Architect will work with our client technical team members to set the direction and establish the approach of the organization's operations, improves the IT infrastructure, and optimizes their business operations. The Enterprise Architect works to integrate the organization's information applications and programs. The Enterprise Architect may also be required for designing, developing, and enhancing additional applications as requested.
Tasks Summary
- Evaluating internal functions, business development strategies and Information Technology processes and suggesting improvements.
- Creating business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals.
- Evaluating systems engineering, talent recruiting and accounting models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years .NET Development and Support.
- 10 years .NET Visual Studio Must have experience with recent versions.
- 10 years proven work experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role.
- 10 years of experience in modeling and graphic representation
- Bachelor's degree.
Desirable Qualifications
- 5 years record locking development and experience.
- 5 years application-level security.
- 5 years system and user level auditing.
- 5 years SQL Server Database Administration.
- 5 years design and produce queries for quarterly, yearly, and ad hoc reports required by US Department of Labor, Legislature, and state and local partners.
- 5 years data modeling.
- 5 years Microsoft server operating systems including Windows 2008.
- 5 years Project Management Professional (PMP).
- 5 years Microsoft server operating systems including Windows 2008.
- 5 years JavaScript.
- 5 years Crystal reports and reporting software.
- 10 years ETPL application.
- 5 years Problem/application resolutions for end users.
- 10 years System and Solutions Architect for core business functions with knowledge of all business processes within our clients' applications, and with Annual Recertification
- 4 years of experience with our clients' application interface for all our clients' payments.
- 5 years object-oriented programming, mainframe programming, and cross system data exchanges.
- 5 years document and troubleshoot current web and network security issues and certificate authorities.
- 5 years performance Reporting Analyst to perform wage crossmatch with completers to create training course report cards.
- 5 years create and maintain testing environment and data needed for testing.
- 5 years coordinate Quality Assurance User Testing activities among various State and Local parties.
- Enterprise Architect is local.
- Previous state or government experience.
- Proficient in English speaking and writing.
- Ability to interact with functional users and technical staff regarding business and information technology needs.
- Problem solving and listening skills.
