Your Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team in the States. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by generating qualified leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and effectively communicating the value of our Exonaut Resilience platform to prospective customers primarily in the US corporate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads to feed into the sales pipeline through targeted outreach and engagement strategies.
- Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile and identify potential opportunities for our sales team.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points, and effectively communicate how the Exonaut Resilience platform can address their specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system, and effectively manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with the wider 4C Group sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies, optimize outreach efforts, and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth.
Who you are:Â
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a SaaS sales or business development role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools and technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Knowledge of Operational Resilience and incident management requirements in the Financial Services, Manufacturing or Critical Infrastructure (energy, telecommunications) industry preferred.
