Job description
HIGH LEVEL OVERVIEW
Support the Trade Compliance Department in the medical industry.
Hybrid working conditions in Lake Zurich, IL; Pleasant Prairie, WI; Duncan, SC; or Las Vegas
EXPECTATIONS
Support the import compliance program
Make FDA coding determinations
Implement policies and procedures
Assist with USMCA and other FTA’s
Make HTS classification determinations
Provide oversight of Customs Brokers/FF’s
ESSENTIALS
Customs compliance experience within the medical industry preferred
FDA coding experience strongly preferred
Customs Broker’s License helpful
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
HTS classification experience
Experience with SAP GTS preferred
USMCA and other FTA experience
Experience working with Customs Brokers/FF’s
