While filling this product specialist job, you will need to solve problems daily, interact with clients, guide them through the sales process and know the product inside and out. Clients request information via the internet, where you will answer questions, provide pricing, and create appointments. Sold appointments will be incentivized!

Product specialist
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
An automotive product specialist focuses on providing a low-pressure and transparent atmosphere without rushing or overwhelming customers. In this role, you focus on providing information on as many cars as the client needs and facilitating the sales process more comfortably. This position will collaborate closely with sales management to ensure clients are provided with all the resources they require. In addition Sales, Assistant will serve as a brand ambassador.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a brand ambassador
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Direct clients to online tools available for reviewing vehicle options, packages, and features.
- Prepare and present demo vehicles so the latest technology is enabled and ready for display (Bluetooth, navigation, green fuel options, hybrid tools, etc.)
- Explain product performance and benefits
- Ability to explain the vehicle benefits and features
- Build strong rapport with customers
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Deliver vehicles to customers. The delivery process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork, laying the foundation for customer loyalty.
- Generate letters, postcards, and emails according to a pre-determined timeline
- Generate personalize emails confirming phone conversion or showroom visits
INCOME METHOD: Hourly plus bonuses
