Job description

Wellington International is seeking a Vendor Coordinator to support the Wellington International Vendor Department in the management of all vendors from contract signature to activation and reporting. This position reports directly to the Vendor Manager. This is an on-site position.

In order to be successful in this role the Vendor Coordinator must be very organized, have strong communication and coordination skills, and enjoy interacting with people of varying backgrounds. The candidate will be an exceptional team player and have some knowledge of managing vendors and vendor contracts, as well as certificates of insurance. The events that the Vendor Coordinator will work on include, but are not limited to, the Winter Equestrian Festival, Adequan Global Dressage Festival, and ESP Annual Series.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:


This position entails working indoors and outdoors in all-weather conditions. The position involves desk work as well as regular manual labor preparing for events. The individual working in this position must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
