Valley Health Pulmonary/Sleep Clinic
Full-Time PA/NP
Valley Health is searching for a Pulmonary/Sleep Advanced-Practice Provider (APP) for Winchester Medical Center, located in Winchester, VA- heart of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley.
You will join a team of 5 Physicians and 1 APP who manage patients with sleep medicine disorders and pulmonary disease. The APP role will support the team in managing both outpatient consults within the physician practice and inpatient consults at Winchester Medical Center.
The Pulmonary team diagnoses and manages complex disease processes. Health care services the APP is expected to perform include: conducting comprehensive health assessments, prescribing/providing treatments/interventions, making referrals, managing acute and stable chronic illnesses, promoting health, and providing disease prevention and management services. The physicians are willing to train and support all candidates as they learn the patient care management process for their patients.
