About the Role:

Are you ready to be a vital part of our exciting journey? As a Technical Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. Collaborating with various teams, you'll ensure we attract and onboard top talent to achieve our ambitious goals for 2024 and beyond. While your focus will primarily be on technical software positions, you'll also have the opportunity to recruit for other corporate functions as needed.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a dynamic recruiting strategy to meet organizational hiring needs.
Manage external postings and actively source both passive and active candidates.
Conduct thorough resume reviews and pre-screen candidates.
Facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job objectives.
Drive a diverse pipeline of high-quality candidates through various channels.
Write engaging job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.
Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including offer negotiations and background checks.
Coordinate interviews and provide support for HR initiatives as needed.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

3+ years of experience in full life-cycle corporate recruiting.
3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to understand and communicate technical job requirements effectively.
Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing methods.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workable.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Passion for innovative sourcing techniques and connecting with diverse talent pools.

Salary:

$80,000-$95,000/year (Dependent on Experience)

Location:

Our office is located in Denver, CO, and we offer a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver office a few days a week.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 64,000.00 Per Year
