CoolToday is cu rrently seeking Experienced HVAC Techs & Apprentices to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Lead Installers serve the customers by educating them on the available product options, removing and replacing HVAC equipment as well as installing add-on accessories when needed while providing quality work. The role will serve as a mentor and coach to both apprentice and entry-level technicians.

HVAC Residential Service Technician
- 2+ years of HVAC experience in service including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues.
- Type I & II EPA Certification
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectation
- Results driven in a high-energy environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
HVAC Residential Maintenance Technician
- 1+ years of experience in HVAC Maintenance
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Results driven in a high-energy environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
HVAC Install Helper
- Assist installation of all brands and types of HVAC units
- Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas.
- Performing start-up of equipment
- Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools.
- Communicating efficiently with management, dispatch, and the customer to ensure overall success of the company
- Keeping accurate invoices and time sheets
- Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment.
- Maintaining a clean, organized job site and inventoried truck
Experienced IAQ Technicians
- Able to perform Duct Cleaning,Ductwork improvements, Ductwork Installations, Installations of UV-Lights.
- knowledge of Aero seal
- Blow-In insulation
- Interact with homeowners
- Create Sales and estimates
- Sales and product knowledge
- Knowledge of Mold Prevention
Do I have What it Takes?
- HVAC Experience (Preferred but not Required)
- Good Attitude and Willingness to Learn
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite
- Results driven in a high-energy environment
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
- Ability work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather
- Mechnical Apptitude
