Job description
Force Smiths is retained by a reputable Financial Services client for filling key positions in their software development and solutions team. We are currently hiring for the position of Salesforce Architect. Applicants are expected to have worked in regulated industries with stringent compliance.
Experience in defining systems landscape, identifying gaps between current
and desired end-states and in delivering a robust solution.
Lead the implementation with responsibility for delivery of technical
architecture designs, solution strategy, including Org strategy, org migration,
data strategy, application architecture & design.
Work with Client's enterprise architecture team to define technical develop-
ment guidelines and security guidelines for Salesforce based applications.
Provide guidance on master data management associated with Salesforce,
including data capture, warehousing, storing, cleansing and security.
Design complex data models to meet business needs and ensure usability
within Salesforce and in downstream applications.
Define coding procedures, best practices, and development standards.
Guide best practices for architecture, security, source code management and
deployment strategies.
Recommend Salesforce.com integration strategies with different business
systems including working use of leading integration tools.
Help evolve change and release management for the Salesforce applications
using DevOps and CI/CD processes.
Lead the requirements and solutioning workshops.
Maintain end-to-end view of system, make recommendations, and assist with
developing roadmap.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and operate as
part of an Agile scrum team.
Perform code reviews and ensure organization best practices are followed.
Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to
system maintenance, configuration, development, testing and data integrity.
Perform Vendor and technology evaluations.
Perform code reviews and ensure team deliverables are vetted against best
practices.
Robust experience working with stakeholders, Solutions Architects,
Development Manager, Product Owner, Development Team, Business Analyst
& UX designer.

Platform Developer I Certification
JavaScript Developer I

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent
experience).
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in working with Software development
teams
