Job description
I have a client located near Alpharetta, GA that has an immediate need for a GIS Technician. The role will be working closely with the Engineering team to produce maps for fiber optic networks. Projects will include engineering and design for back-haul and front-haul networks, long-haul and regional networks, fiber to the home (FTTH), fiber to the tower (FTTT), and more. Requirements: Knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Preferred Experience/Additional Information 3GIS proficiency Hours & Shift: M-F 8-5 Flex start time as early as 7am or as late as 8:30am) May look at entry level candidates with ArcGIS experience in school. Pay: 19-22/hr. (may be able to pay more depending on experience) Job Details Preparing mapping documents for telecom fiber projects using ArcGIS software. This is a temp to permanent job opportunity.
