**Remote Senior Retention Specialist**

**Location:** Fully Remote - Based in the USA

As a Senior Retention Specialist, you'll be the voice of our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved with empathy and efficiency. This remote position focuses on retaining our valued customers during high-level escalations, collaborating closely with sales and training teams to maintain a positive client experience.

**Qualifications:**

- 3+ years of experience in high-level customer escalations or account management
- Strong empathy and emotional intelligence
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Conflict management expertise with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
- High-speed internet access (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) via wired ethernet connection

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage inbound phone calls to support current customers
- Resolve customer issues and deflect cancellation requests
- Own customer accounts at risk of cancellation, striving for retention
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate educational products and services
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service
- Maintain client records and ensure timely follow-up
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
- Actively participate in coaching and feedback sessions to enhance customer experience
