Responsibilities:
- Join a growing, reputable company providing a service that is in high demand
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in our current territory of the East / Northeast USA and pursue new territories as we grow
- Meet the needs of furniture manufacturers by introducing them to our delivery service, which is backed by exceptional customer service
- Utilize phone, text, email, and face-to-face meetings with prospective customers to present, quote, and sell our service
- Manage and attend all trade shows – sell to prospects and build relationships with existing customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and new customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with our inside service team to prepare and deliver quotes and proposals
- Consistently follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and build trust
- Negotiate terms, close new business, and act as a liaison to ensure a smooth transition to our inside service team
- Provide feedback, detailed notes, and market insights to management teams to help shape future sales strategies
- Educate potential clients about our premium furniture delivery service and heavy-duty truck and trailer repair
About Us
Keystone Transport Services has been in the furniture logistics business in Myerstown, PA, since 2014. We pick up furniture in PA, OH, IN, and NC and deliver it to furniture stores and consumers from Maine to North Carolina, Western TN, Ohio, IN, KY, and MI. A damage-free, consistent delivery schedule with real-time notification and tracking sets us apart in the marketplace. Diamond Fleet was formed in 2022 by a fleet owner for fleet owners. Providing premium diagnostic and repair service to fleets with heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
There is demand for this service, and we need an Ambassador to spread the word. We are looking for a Business Development Representative who believes what Zig Zigler said, "You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want." We need someone who understands that serving others, not "selling to them," will make them the most successful Business Development Representative.

Our Ideal Business Development Representative Provides:
- Experience : 3-5 years of business-to-business sales success. Experience with field service, furniture, or logistics. We are looking for a hunter!
- Negotiating Skills: 3-5 years experience negotiating and closing deals for businesses
- Self-Motivation: We are looking for someone with a self-starter mentality who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, ability to think like the customer. Can build trust and strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Resourceful & Resilient : In Sales, you will hear "No" more than "Yes." It will take resourcefulness and resilience to drive sales forward in today's marketplace.
- Goal-Oriented and Driven : An ambitious, hungry go-getter eager to meet sales goals. Forward-thinking.
- Own Vehicle: Must have your own vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel within your assigned territory. (auto allowance is part of the comp package)
What We Offer Our Business Development Representative:
- Base range of $60,000 to $70,000 determined by your experience and prior proven success, plus uncapped commissions. A successful Business Development Representative is expected to have $100,000 - $150,000 in total compensation.
