We are seeking a talented and motivated JDE Developer/CNC to join our team in a hybrid work environment, offering a 75/25% balance between development and technical support.

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in:

Optimizing and maintaining our JDE EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) systems: You'll be responsible for administering, configuring, and supporting these systems, ensuring their smooth operation and efficiency.
Developing high-quality, user-friendly applications: You'll analyze business needs, design new or improved systems, write code, and lead the testing process, ensuring robust and effective solutions.
Collaborating with diverse teams: You'll work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

What You'll Do:

Technical Support (25%):
Provide technical assistance for key applications across various areas like financials, manufacturing, and supply chain.
Analyze system specifications, consult with business teams, and define technical requirements.
Become the go-to person for resolving technical requirement issues.
Systems Development (30%):
Design and build user interfaces, reports, and programs, fostering optimal user experience.
Develop efficient databases and write high-quality code using appropriate programming tools.
Offer thought leadership and guide the team in systems development and programming best practices.
Review, modify, and test existing programs for continued effectiveness.
Testing (Varied):
Lead the entire testing process, including unit, system, and regression testing.
Design and implement test scenarios and plans, and create/develop automated testing tools.
Ensure software quality through performance testing and provide production support by resolving reported issues.
Collaborate with the QA lead to establish and implement testing standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Systems Deployment & Support (Varied):
Train users on specific procedures for data entry and system utilization.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for program development, testing, changes, and corrections.
Monitor system performance and act as a point of escalation for application support.
