Job Description
- Be personable and friendly.

- Compliance to Company Standards, Policies and Procedures
- Be on time for work (according to work approved schedule).
- Answer phones, deliver messages, and collect new client information.
- Collect insurance information and check eligibility for incoming clients.
- Work closely with counselors to ensure that clients are scheduled.
- Assist in tracking intakes, no-shows, failed attendance, and discharges.
- Collect co-pays and payments from insurance and private pay clients.
- Help maintain office cleanliness.
- Attend required meetings as outlined by supervisor.
- Maintain HIPAA at all times.
- Schedule Appointments and maintain multiple calendars/schedules for Clinicians.
- Confirm Insurance Eligibility and Authorizations.
- Ensure Due Sheets/DNW orders are correct working with QA specialist to ensure paperwork is turned in.
- Open and close batches every day.
- Assist with other office duties as assigned.
- Experience in Excel, Word helpful.
