Position Overview:
As an Epic Application Analyst, you'll play a key role in providing top-notch application support and user assistance. Reporting to the Epic Application Director and Lead Epic Application Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical systems. Your responsibilities will encompass the full system cycle, whether it's implementing a new system or handling an upgrade. In this collaborative role, you'll act as a vital link between the user community, IT, the Epic build team, and other departments to maximize the utility of our clinical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, optimize, and upgrade tasks for assigned module(s) and associated integrations.
Provide second-level support and assist the help desk in day-to-day operations.
Act as a liaison between users, IT, and other departments.
Understand the business aspects of clinical operations and help users maximize the value of the clinical system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business management, or information systems.
Practical experience in healthcare operations, with a preference for coding and CDI experience.
Proven problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and technical abilities.
Working knowledge of multiple software applications, systems analysis/design, integration/design, or web applications/design.
General understanding of underlying technologies: hardware, networking, Intranet, Internet, PDA, bar coding, and wireless.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
