We have immediate opportunities for experienced service advisors and customer service professionals candidates today for our independently owned Tire & Auto Service Repair Shop.

If you have proven Auto Repair Advisor/Tire sales experience, and if you strive to be the best....we would like to talk with you.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule customer service appointments
• Greeting customers in a professional manner
• Accurate write-up of customer concerns
• Convey expected costs and obtain approval for repairs
• Tracking of the vehicle and communicating progress to the customer
• Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
• Performing any additional task assigned by management
• Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Qualifications:
• Professional appearance
• Positive attitude
• Strong automotive knowledge or previous automotive-related experience
• Commitment to being a team player

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales within auto repair and service industry
• Communicate and understand the technical aspects of repairs with customers
• Knowledge of automotive platforms and programs
• Manual dexterity, physical stamina and can walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Great communication skills and attention to detail whether it be written, verbally and or in email format.
• Possession of a valid drivers license

If you have worked for Midas, Firestone, Brake Masters, Pep Boys, America's Tire, Sears or any similar shop you would most likely be a perfect fit. Compensation is based on abilities and proven experience and is an excellent base salary compensation  PLUS COMMISSIONS .

You can earn an excellent compensation based on proven experience. Our compensation includes additional COMMISSION on sales.
