Job description
Seeking a detail-orientated legal assistant/paralegal with law firm experience in real estate, civil litigation, bankruptcy, labor and employment, probate, trust and estate planning.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven Law firm experience as Legal Assistant/Paralegal w/5+ years’ experience
- Immediate/Expert skills with MS Office Word, including drafting, formatting and redlining complex legal documents a must . Experience with Adobe, Teams, Worldox, and Amicus a plus
- Knowledge of Legal terminology, docketing, court rules and filing requirements at AZ Superior Court, District Court, Justice Courts, Recorder’s office, and AZ Corporation of Commissions
- Role includes working with multiple attorneys and includes daily communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Candidate must be a team player with ability to multi-task and pivot
- Proficiency in English, Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
