Senior Technical Writer

• Creates, develops, plans, writes, and edits operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures, including user manuals, guides, and tutorials, for paper, multimedia or web-based publication.

• Conducts interviews, researches, and translates technical information into manuals and/or web-based documents for nontechnical and technical users.

• Participates with the product development teams during all phases of product development to ensure accurate and effective documentation.

• Produces products that conform to regulatory compliance standards and Keysight documentation and quality assurance standards.

• Recommends formats responsive to technical and customer requirements. Proposes modern and innovative methods to enhance end-user experience

Requirements/Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of experience developing learning products materials for software and hardware based solutions.
• Strong professional and interpersonal skills including exceptional customer service, creative problem solving, effective written and verbal communications, planned and organized coordination of cross functional teams., acute attention to detail and quality, driven with the ability to self-manage.
