After an initial assessment and verification of your eligibility, we will provide you with access to the pre-apprenticeship training, with supported learning activities related to CompTIA Network+ and technical support. The program includes self-directed virtual training and group coaching sessions with a Franklin Success Coach.
Job Summary for client company:
Performs observational, hands-on and project-based assignments and duties that correlate to a degree program and training in an occupational and academic field of study. Experiences focusing on IT Services and Support with a concentration on Helpdesk, PC /Deskside support, and deployment projects.
Minimum Education
a. Currently enrolled in a post-secondary course of study.
b. Must pass a background check and immunization screening.
Required Skills/Knowledge
a. Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
b. Ability and willingness to participate in clinical observations for extended periods of time
c. Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity.
