Part-time Receptionist Button Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for a part-time receptionist position. Hours for this position are evenings and Saturday's 8:00-5:00 pm. Job Responsibilities:

• Must be able to work in a busy and fast paced working environment
• Responsible for answering and directing all incoming calls to the requested person or appropriate department
• May be required to take detailed messages or provide basic dealership information
• Greet all customers coming into the showroom and get them to the appropriate person or department.
• This position is often the first contact for many customers at Button's, therefore the individual must represent the dealership in a professional, friendly manner at all times
• This is an entry level position and starts at $11.00 an hour.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to callers, customers and employees.
• Professional personal appearance.
