The Risk Management Consultant (RMC) for Fred C. Church, an AssuredPartners company, is a key member of the Commercial Lines team and aligned closely with our Education Practice/Vertical. The RMC assists our larger, multi-faceted clients and prospects with strategic risk management involving all lines of coverage.

• Participate in strategic discussions about risk management services/offerings
• Respond promptly and credibly to risk management requests from Client Executives and Sales Executives with well-researched feedback
• Identify key trends and emerging risks facing our industry sectors, particularly Education, and prepare risk management tools to proactively provide solutions for clients
• In conjunction with our insurance marketing/placement team, partner and develop strong relationships with insurance carriers to understand impacts of risk assessments
• Plan, develop and lead topical and thought-provoking webinars/seminars for clients and prospects
• Work with Sales and Account Executives to include well-rounded proposal responses that address risk management and loss control
• Educate internal Commercial service team on risk management services; help them to better identify client needs
• Serve as a liaison for loss control activities between company personnel and the insured
• Leverage available risk management resources from AssuredPartners to coordinate loss control visits and studies

• First-hand risk management knowledge with one or more of the following verticals and all lines of insurance coverages: educational institutions, health and human services providers, outdoor and adventure organizations
• Specific knowledge regarding fleet safety, fire prevention, general liability and products liability exposures and controls
• Bachelor's Degree and 7-10 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of MS Office products; strong working knowledge with MS Excel
• Motivated to perform well and contribute to the overall success of the agency
• Able to travel, to a client, another AssuredPartners office, an industry/vertical conference, etc. (approximately 10-15% of work time)
