The Customer Service Representative – Laboratory provides customer service support, completes general office duties, which include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for all aspects of order processing, including customer configurations provided by customers and representatives alone with order input, order monitoring, invoicing, credits, and returns.
- Customer support including product availability requests, special shipping requests, organizing data, and expediting orders.
- Coordinate communication with Hamilton personnel and customers to provide information and generate reports as needed.
- General office duties such as handling inbound phone orders, email communications, order processing, and scanning.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs.
- Capable of working with multiple systems in tandem.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure in order to hit deadlines.
- Strong data management, accuracy, and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work harmoniously within the department with other employees, customers, and field staff.
- High school diploma or GED required. Some college or degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service with order processing required.
- Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment/ inventory control a plus.
- Anticipated pay range is $$22.00 - $25.00/hour based on experience.
